The Chrysler 300 Club International invites you to attend our 47th annual fall meet. October 1 through 4 in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mick and Martha Kreszock are hosting. Our Host Hotel is the Kirkley Hotel and Conference Center located at 2900 Candlers Mountain Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502. Telephone: 434 237 6333. Tell them you are with the Chrysler 300 Club International for the special rate of $135.39 including all state and local taxes. This includes a $9.95 per person breakfast coupon. This special club room rate will be available only until August 31, 2017.

Sunday, October 1
* Check-in. Reserved parking lot and a Hospitality Room for our socializing from Check-in until Check-out.
    Meet packs and goody bags will be in the Hospitality Room.
* Car washing area will be set up for our 300s.
* Dinner on your own.

Monday, October 2
Appomattox Area
* Morning — Tour Appomattox Court House. Site of the end of the U.S. Civil War.
* Lunch on your own in the town of Appomattox.
* Afternoon — Tour The American Civil War Museum — The Confederacy
* Dinner on your own.
* The committee meetings at the host hotel

Tuesday, October 3
Bedford, Va. Area
* Morning — Tour the National D-Day Memorial
* Lunch at Liberty Station (Restored Southern Railway Station)
* Afternoon — Tour Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest
* Dinner on your own.
* The business meeting at the host hotel

Wednesday, October 4
* The car show Noon – 4 PM next to the hotel.
* At 4:30 relax and get spiffed up for dinner.
* Our formal Banquet and Awards. Cocktails at 6:00 PM., Dinner at 7:00 PM.

Thursday, October 5
* Check out and depart for home. Hope to see you at our Spring Meet in the Bay Area.
