300H Seat Belt Buckle Decal


I came across 4 H seat belts.
Each of the short belts had a decal as shown below.
I had not seen these before. Any opinions?


FOR MAXIMUM PROTECTION, WEAR THE BELT
AS SNUGLY AS POSSIBLE WITH COMFORT.
TO INSURE COMPLETE LATCHING, PUSH THE
TONGUE ALL THE WAY INTO THE BUCKLE.
