This is the filler piece used on the passenger side rear view mirror. It goes between the top of the fender and the bottom of the mirror. It has rubber gaskets top and bottom. Overall rough dimensions 4.5" X 1.8" X .5" It is chrome plated.

We don't have a print for this part. We can supply an original. Tolerances are not critical. Likely the original piece was die cast, likely pot metal. We can accept brass or something else, provided it will accept chrome plate.
