I used to be a banker
but then I lost interest.
A boy asks his father:
'Dad, where did my intelligence come from?'
The father replied
'Well, son, you must have got it from your mother,
because I still have mine.'
Edition number ten of the 300 "e" news kicks off with a word from our club president Jim Krausmann.
Perhaps you noticed the last E-News (#9) had a new section in Feature Stories called Blasts from the Past . These are stories from our early newsletters, some of which have been updated with color photos and comments. In this issue, we have four almost NOS articles that I think you will enjoy. Gloria Moon writes about her introduction to 300's, Gil Cunningham has an epic tale of survival in the Colorado wilderness hunting 300's, Chick Kramer writes a first person experience with a fuel injected 300D and Duane Debutts pens a love story that any 300 nut can relate to. For me, Blasts from the Past is a great way to re-live the days of old, as well as inspiring me to take on new adventures. Enjoy!
This newsletter is for you. Your opinions are always welcome and you can click here for the feedback form.

Bumper bolt removal. If you have bumper bolts that look like they aren't going to come loose without a wrestle, consider this: don't even try to loosen them. Tighten them instead and they should snap off with much less time and effort.

We are looking for new technical articles. Please send whatever you think is helpful to bob@simplexco.com
